WDOD iPHONE 5 CONTEST RULES

1. No Purchase Necessary. 2. Grand prize includes one (1) iPhone 5 smartphone valued at approximately six hundred fifty dollars ($650) and twelve hundred dollars cash ($1200).. Total value of the grand prize is approximately eighteen hundred fifty dollars ($1850). Odds of winning will be determined by the number of contestants choosing to participate in this contest. 3. To qualify to win the grand prize, contestants must listen to WDOD between 7am and 8pm (all times eastern) each weekday beginning January 29, 2013, and ending February 12, 2013. Upon hearing the cue to call broadcast on WDOD during any of the aforementioned time periods contestant must be the ninth (9th) caller through at (423) 642-9636. 4. The grand prize winner will be selected via random drawing from among all qualifiers at approximately 12 noon on February 13, 2013, at the WDOD studios, 2615 South Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN, 37408. Qualifiers need not be present to win. 5. Contest winner may win one prize valued 100 dollars or greater per 60 days. 6. Contest winner may win one prize valued 99 dollars or less per 60 days. 7. By participating in the contest, the winner consents to the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice for promotion and/or advertising purposes in connection with this contest, WDOD and its sponsors. 8. In the event that said prize is not available, winner will be provided with substitute prize of approximate equal value of original said prize. 9. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made unless original prize is unavailable. 10. All winners hold WDOD harmless for any injury, illness or malady caused by participating in and or winning a prize or prizes as part of any contest. 11. WDOD employees, their immediate families, and any promotional advertising sponsors are prohibited from winning this contest. 12. The decision of WDOD management shall be final, including matters not specifically addressed in these rules. 13. Contests are void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law and are subject to all federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. 14. WDOD is not responsible for misdialed or misdirected telephone numbers. Furthermore, WDOD shall not be held responsible in the event that a contest may not be conducted due to natural or un-natural circumstances. 15. Prizewinners are responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes that apply to said prize. 16. Winner must provide WDEF-FM with his or her social security number, complete a W-9 form, and must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Release and Waiver from all liability against WDOD, its sponsors, employees and affiliated companies for any injury or loss which may occur from the contestant’s participation in the contest or from use of any prize which is awarded. 17. WDOD reserves the right to investigate fraudulent claims of winning as well as deny prize awards for violation of any contest rules. 18. WDOD is not responsible for prizes that are or may become damaged. 19. All written entries must be legible and must include the contestant's full name, address, phone number, and age. WDOD and its sponsors are not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, damaged, improperly filled out, or misdirected in the mail or misdirected on the internet. 20. Grand prize must be claimed by 5pm (eastern), February 27, 2013. 21. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and become property of WDOD.
